Details
A festival kurta and pyjama for children in 120 GSM handloom cotton woven in Erode, Tamil Nadu. Soft enough on day one that a child will not tug at the collar, and dense enough to survive being worn three days running. Dyed with natural indigo and myrobalan, so the colours are gentle and the dye is one you can accept against a child's skin. Natural dye lets go a little for the first two washes. The hem carries a 2 in turn-up you can let down after a growth spurt, and the pyjama has a wide flat drawstring that will not disappear inside the casing. Pre-shrunk to under 2 percent.
