Review & Content Guidelines

These guidelines apply to anything you post on the Shuunnya LifeStore (shuunnya.com) - product reviews and any other text you contribute. They keep the LifeStore honest and safe for everyone. Posting content means you agree to these guidelines and to our Terms of Use.

What is welcome

  • Honest, first-hand experience - your genuine opinion of something you actually bought or used.
  • Helpful detail - what worked, what did not, and who it might suit.
  • Respect - fair and civil, even when critical.

Reviews are open to verified buyers, and every review shows only your chosen display name - never your contact details.

What is not allowed

Please do not post content that is:

  • Unlawful - anything illegal, or that promotes illegal acts.
  • Hateful, harassing, or threatening - attacks on people or groups, bullying, or intimidation.
  • Obscene or unsafe for minors - sexual, obscene, or any content that endangers children.
  • A privacy violation - other people's personal information, or private details shared without consent.
  • Impersonation or deception - pretending to be someone else, or fake / paid-for reviews.
  • Spam or a scam - advertising, solicitation, links, or attempts to defraud.
  • Misleading - false claims presented as fact, including misleading claims about a product's safety.
  • Infringing - content that breaches someone's copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Moderation

We may hide or remove content that breaks these guidelines, and we keep removed content only as long as the law requires. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to losing the ability to post. Decisions aim to be fair; if you believe we got one wrong, tell us through the grievance route below.

Reporting content

If you see a review, listing, or assistant response that breaks these guidelines, please report it (a report option is being added to reviews and listings) or contact us. Genuinely unlawful content, and valid court or government orders, are actioned on priority - see our Grievance & Officer contacts.
