A thickened acidic toilet cleaner that clings to the bowl rather than running straight to the trap. It clears limescale, the hard water ring at the waterline, and the yellowing under the rim, which are the three things that actually make a toilet look dirty. The acid here is lactic and citric, both readily biodegradable. Most Indian toilet cleaners use hydrochloric acid instead, and that is worth naming, because HCl is corrosive to skin and eyes at household strength, it etches the ceramic glaze and pits chrome fittings over time, and it kills the bacterial culture in a septic tank, which is precisely the thing that makes the tank work.

• Genuinely safe for septic and biodigester tanks at the recommended dose
• Squirt around the rim, leave ten minutes, brush and flush. For a heavy waterline ring, leave it thirty minutes
