The odour neutraliser in this range is for removing a smell. This is the other thing, for when you actually want a room to smell of something, before people come over or at the end of a long day. Be clear about the trade. Real oil fades. This scent is noticeable for about an hour and gone in two. That is not a weakness, it is what an unfixed natural scent does, and it is the honest version of a room spray.

• Three ingredients: water, a small amount of plant derived alcohol to disperse the oil, and steam distilled essential oil. Nothing else
• No synthetic fragrance oil, no phthalate fixative, no synthetic musk, no aerosol propellant, no dye, no formaldehyde donors
• A phthalate fixative is what makes a mainstream room spray hang in the air for six hours, and it is exactly what you do not want persisting in a closed bedroom
• Two pumps in the middle of a room is enough, and it also goes on a pillow, a curtain, a linen cupboard or a car vent
• Not for use on skin, and test a seam before spraying silk or light upholstery
