Laundry Stain Bar

A pre treatment bar for the four stains that decide whether a shirt survives: collar and cuff grime, haldi, oil, and ink. Wet the fabric, rub the bar on the mark, leave it five minutes, then wash normally. It works far better than adding extra detergent to the whole load, and it uses a fraction of the product.

• No dye, no perfume, no chlorine bleach, no phosphates, no optical brighteners
• Mainstream stain bars are bright blue or green, and that colour is pure decoration on something you rub into white cotton
• High soap content on a plant derived, readily biodegradable surfactant base
• Glycerine in the bar keeps it from cracking through a dry Indian summer
• Colour safe, though hand dyed and bandhani should be tested on a hidden seam first
