Details
A genuinely low foam powder for front loading machines. Foam is the enemy in a drum, because it cushions the tumble, so clothes stop hitting water and the machine runs a longer rinse to clear it. This powder cleans at the wash and then gets out of the way. Optical brighteners are worth naming, since almost every mainstream powder uses them. They are a dye that sticks to fabric and re emits blue light so a grey shirt reads white. They do not clean anything, they wash into the water, and they are a known skin irritant. We leave them out.
