Details
A deep clean is a checklist, not a mood. The crew arrives with a printed room by room list covering fans, grills, skirting, switch plates, window channels, cupboard tops, doors, floors and both wet areas, and you initial each room only when you are satisfied with it. Rs. 3,499 is the fixed price for a 1 or 2 BHK, and it does not change on the day. Four trained people, our own staff, with their own machines, ladders, cloths and chemicals. Nothing is borrowed from your kitchen.

What is included
- Crew and time
- Four trained cleaners for one full working day, with all machines and materials
- Every room
- Ceiling fans, light fittings, grills, skirting, switch plates, doors, window channels and glass
- High and hidden
- Cupboard tops, loft fronts, behind and under movable furniture
- Wet areas
- Both bathrooms and the kitchen scrubbed, including tiles, fittings and drains
- Floors
- Scrubbed and mopped, corners and grout lines worked by hand
- Sign off
- A printed room checklist you initial, with anything missed redone on the spot
What is not included
- Sofa and carpet
- Upholstery and carpet shampooing is a separate booking
- Inside cupboards
- We clean cupboard exteriors and tops. Interiors are done only if you empty them first
- Heavy furniture
- Beds, almirahs and pianos are cleaned around, not moved
- External glass
- Outside faces of windows above the ground floor need rope access, not covered
- Pest control
- Booked separately, and best done after the deep clean rather than before
- Health claims
- We clean thoroughly. We do not make hygiene or health claims beyond that
How long it takes
- Duration
- 7 to 8 hours on site with a four person crew

- Crew arrives at 9 am, handover by early evening

- Water and power at the site are needed through the day
Warranty
- Redo
- Anything on the checklist found unsatisfactory within 24 hours is redone free

- Breakage caused by our crew is repaired or replaced at our cost
