Details
Carpets and mattresses hold years of fine dust that a household vacuum never reaches. We dry vacuum both faces, treat spots by hand, run a wet extraction pass and then a dry pass to pull moisture back out, so nothing is handed back damp. Rs. 899 covers one double mattress or up to 50 sq ft of carpet, and larger areas are measured and quoted before we start. Wool, silk and handmade carpets are patch tested and, where wet cleaning would be wrong, we will say so and decline rather than risk them.

What is not included
- Larger areas
- Above 50 sq ft is measured and quoted per sq ft before starting
- Delicate pieces
- Silk, antique and some handmade carpets are refused for wet cleaning rather than risked
- Foam mattresses
- Memory foam is surface cleaned only, it cannot be soaked
- Permanent stains
- Dye transfer, old oil and pet damage may not lift, and we say so before starting
- Health claims
- We clean the fibre. We make no allergy or dust mite claims beyond that

- Drying
- 4 to 6 hours with a fan on, so book a morning slot

- Free redo within 24 hours if a treated stain reappears on drying

- Any colour bleed caused by our solution is put right at our cost

- We would rather decline a piece than damage it, and there is no charge if we do
