Details
Gaya water leaves scale, and scale is what makes a clean bathroom still look dirty. We treat the tiles, glass, taps and shower with a descaling agent matched to the surface, scrub the grout lines by hand, clear the drain and floor trap, and finish the fittings so they actually shine rather than merely being wet. Rs. 799 covers one bathroom of standard size. We patch test on a hidden tile first, because the wrong chemical on a marble or a coloured tile is a permanent mistake.

- Regrouting
- Damaged or missing grout is pointed out and quoted as a separate repair
- Leak repair
- A dripping tap or a leaking trap is booked with our plumbing team
- Stain removal
- Permanent etching on marble and metal corrosion cannot be cleaned away, we will say so
- Ceiling paint
- Peeling or fungus affected paint needs waterproofing and repainting, not cleaning
- Health claims
- We clean and descale. We make no hygiene or health claims beyond that
