Details

Mixer grinders fail in two ways. The rubber coupler shears, and the motor burns out from continuous grinding. This one addresses both. The coupler is a stocked part at Rs 90 with a two minute change, and the motor is full copper with a thermal overload cutout that resets rather than a fuse that ends the machine. It is also markedly quieter than the category, 78 dB(A) at one metre against the 92 to 95 dB of a typical mixer, achieved with a damped base and a balanced rotor rather than a thicker jar.
