A desert cooler for dry heat, where evaporative cooling actually works, and honest about the fact that it does not in a humid coastal May. Honeycomb pads on three sides, a 190 W motor, and a tank sized so a full evening does not need a refill. The submersible pump is the part that always fails, and here it sits behind a clip on side panel with a plug in connector, so it is a five minute swap with no tools and a stocked part at a published price.
