Details
Arabica from a single estate on the Baba Budangiri slopes at 1,100 to 1,400 metres, grown under a native canopy of rosewood and silver oak alongside pepper vines, which is how coffee has always been planted in that district. Cherries are hand-picked at full ripeness, pulped and fermented the same evening, washed, then sun-dried on patios. We roast to a medium level in small batches and ship within seven days of the roast date.
- Single estate, shade-grown under native canopy
- Washed process, hand-picked ripe cherry only
- No chicory, no robusta blended in to bulk the cup
- No flavouring, no caramel colouring, no oils sprayed on
- Roast date printed, and it leaves us within seven days of roasting
- Buy whole bean and grind at brewing if you can. Ground coffee stales in about two weeks
