Details
Wrist monitors are convenient and unreliable. This is an upper arm monitor, validated to a recognised clinical protocol, which is the only kind worth keeping at home. Cuff size is the commonest reason a home reading is wrong, so we sell two and print the arm circumference on both. Measure your arm once, choose accordingly.
