Details
Fish get their omega-3 from algae. We skipped the fish. Each capsule carries 500 mg of combined DHA and EPA grown in closed tanks, which means no ocean contaminants, no overfishing and none of the fishy repeat that puts people off capsules. The shell is plant cellulose, not gelatin.
