Details
Dabbas that keep atta and dal dry through a Gaya monsoon, in 18/8 stainless with a steel lid rather than a plastic one that goes brittle and cracks at the hinge. The seal is a food-grade silicone gasket that lifts out with a fingernail and is stocked as a spare. Steel does not stain with haldi, does not hold the smell of hing and does not go cloudy.
