Details
Bakeware in 0.8 mm aluminised steel, the same gauge a small bakery uses. It conducts fast and browns evenly, which is why a cake from these tins has a real crust instead of a pale, damp edge. There is no non-stick coating, so butter and a paper lining do the work, and the tin does not have a five-year expiry.

- Hand wash in warm water, dry at once
