The dozen small jobs that are each too small to call anyone for. One trained hand, four hours, his own drill, ladder and fasteners, working down your list in the order you choose. Rs. 899 covers the half day slot. We go through your list on arrival and tell you honestly what will fit in the time and what needs a separate booking, before the clock starts. Curtain rods, wall hooks, mirrors, photo frames, towel rails, door handles, drawer stoppers, chimney and geyser brackets, mosquito mesh, name plates.

What is not included
- Materials
- Rods, hooks, mirrors and fittings are supplied by you, or quoted and bought
- Specialist work
- Concealed wiring, pipe work inside walls and structural drilling need the specific trade
- Overrun
- Work beyond four hours is charged at Rs. 225 per additional hour, agreed before we continue
- Heavy items
- Anything above 25 kg on a wall is assessed and may be refused or quoted separately
