Details
Painting over a damp wall buys you one dry season. We find where the water is entering, whether that is a terrace crack, a failed bathroom joint or an unprotected external face, and treat that first. Rs. 4,999 is the starting price for a single wall or a small terrace patch after inspection. The full area is measured and quoted before any chemical is opened. We will also tell you when the fix is plumbing rather than coating, and hand the job to our plumbers instead of selling you a coat that cannot work.

What is included
- Inspection
- Tracing the point of water entry and showing it to you before any quote
- Preparation
- Cutting out live cracks in a V, filling with polymer mortar, cleaning to sound substrate
- System
- Cementitious or elastomeric coating selected for the surface, applied to the stated coats and thickness
- Detailing
- Corner fillets, drain mouths and parapet junctions treated, these are where terraces fail
- Testing
- 24 hour ponding test on a treated terrace before handover
What is not included
- Plumbing repair
- If the cause is a leaking pipe, that is quoted under leak repair, coating alone will not hold
- Structural repair
- Slab and beam repair needs an engineer and is outside this scope
- Repainting
- Finish paint over the treated wall is quoted under the painting service
- Tile removal
- Lifting and relaying terrace tiles is measured and quoted separately

- Best done in dry weather, we will reschedule rather than coat a wet surface

- A new crack outside the treated area or a new plumbing leak is a fresh fault
