The full house, planned so that you are never without a usable room. We survey every wall, identify the ones with damp or hollow putty before quoting, and sequence the work room by room with a written day plan you can hold us to. Rs. 15,999 is the starting labour price for a 2 BHK with sound existing putty. The exact figure comes from the measured survey and does not change afterwards. One supervisor stays on the job from first day to handover, so you are not explaining the same thing to a new face every morning.
