Details
A watch that tells the time, tracks what you ask it to track, and then leaves you alone. There are no streaks, no rings to close, no nudges to stand up, and no daily prompts. Notifications are off until you choose which apps may reach you, and the choice is a plain list, not a funnel. It tracks steps, distance, sleep and workouts, and estimates heart rate and blood oxygen from the optical sensor. These are fitness estimates, not medical measurements, and the watch is not a medical device. Your data stays on the watch and your phone unless you export it yourself.
