Details
A flat-weave dhurrie woven on a pit loom in Panipat from cotton yarn, in a plain geometric that reads as texture rather than pattern. It is reversible, because a flat weave with no backing has two right sides. That also means it can be washed, beaten and turned, which is why a dhurrie outlives a tufted rug by a decade.
