Details
A barrier cream for nappy changes. Zinc oxide at 15 percent forms a physical layer between skin and wetness, shea butter and calendula sit under it, and beeswax holds the whole thing in place until the next change. It is deliberately thick, because a barrier that spreads thin is not a barrier. Apply a visible layer on clean, dry skin. Do not scrub the previous layer off at the next change, just wipe the soiled part and top it up. Soothes skin that is looking red and sore. If redness does not settle in two or three days, or if it spreads, please see your paediatrician rather than reaching for a thicker cream.

How to use
- Apply
