This is the plain-language notice shown when you create an account on the Shuunnya LifeStore (shuunnya.com, operated by Shuunnya Private Limited, under incorporation). It sets out exactly what we collect, for what purpose, and the choices you have - so you can decide with full information. Our full Privacy Policy has the complete detail.
What we collect, and why

Your choices
- Marketing updates are off by default. You choose whether to receive them, and you can turn them off later in your settings just as easily - your choice does not affect your ability to shop.
- Order and booking status messages you need for a purchase are part of the service, not marketing.
- We use no advertising or tracking cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or erase your information, nominate someone to act for you, or withdraw a consent, and you can raise a grievance about how your data is handled. We aim to respond within 90 days, and you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. See Grievances & Officer contacts.
Language
This notice is provided in English. You may request it in any language in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India, and we will make it available.
